Happy Birthday Pleasant Court!

Paul Murphy visited Pleasant Court in Limekiln Road, Pontnewynydd today (Wednesday 22nd July), to join in with celebrations to mark the 40th birthday of the complex.

Paul Murphy said: “This was a great event at a fantastic pensioners’ complex, and I wish the residents a happy birthday! I really appreciated the warm welcome I got from lots of familiar faces, and enjoyed seeing the facilities at the complex.

“It’s great to see that residents have every opportunity to do things like use computers and the internet, and the fitness facilities to help them stay active and healthy. Lots of that is thanks to the work of residents, staff and Communities First, and I congratulate them all on their efforts.”
