Paul Murphy urges residents and workers to shop locally

Paul Murphy is imploring residents and workers in Pontypool to shop in the local town centre.

The MP for Torfaen is wholeheartedly supporting the Free Press campaign to encourage those people that live and work in Pontypool to support businesses in the local area;

“I regard Pontypool as a magnificent town, where local people have always displayed such great pride towards their community. I think it is important during these difficult times of global financial insecurity to support local businesses.

“I wholeheartedly support the Free Press campaign to encourage local people to shop locally. Pontypool is bursting with terrific shops, and I urge those who live and work in the area to make the short trip to your local shop nearby.”
